A Last minute 21+ common will do nicely thanks! 18/14 mm Fruit and Nut snowman on a state of the art nylon hook link as usual! Shame about the leaf but it was a mad rush to take the picture and get out. #fruitandnut
So last week my son Glenn said he thought it was about time I "really" teach him how to fish rather than getting me to sort it out for him. I think it was something to do with the fact that as I'm getting older, he thought it might be a good idea to learn before I die! Anyway I decided we'd start at the beginning with float fishing and the lift method and he picked it up really well, very quickly and set the whole thing up himself. So well in fact, he managed to land two carp in freezing conditions. There's hope yet. Well done son. x
Boom get in new pb....⠀ After what seems an age without a fish it finally paid of.fishing nights and working days in this weather is hard enough as it is and after moving into my 3rd swim in five days at bows lake lesmont and after help from my son Jake David i got a screamer just before light. So it now seems that ive gone from being the teacher of my son to being the pupil im now learning from him.....⠀ So even though we always say our kids dont listen because they know best in this case it was true big thanks son......⠀ 63lb 5oz⠀
